Common use of Water Use Reductions Clause in Contracts

Water Use Reductions. The project shall be designed, constructed, and commissioned or modeled to achieve a 15 percent reduction in water use when compared to water use based on plumbing fixture selection in accordance with the Energy Policy Act of 1992. The Design Professional shall complete the Water-Use Reduction Checklist included in the CM/GC Forms Packet to certify compliance with the Water Use Reduction provisions.
