Watermarking Requirements. 3.1. The Content Protection System must not remove or interfere with any embedded watermarks in any Included Program; provided, however, that nominal alteration, modification or degradation of such embedded watermarks during the ordinary course of Licensee’s encoding, encryption and/or distribution of Included Programs shall not be a breach of this Section 3.1.
