(Wavier of Pre-emptive Right. The Landlord hereby informs the Tenant that the Landlord may sell or mortgage the Premises or the Building thereof and the Tenant hereby acknowledges that the Tenant is aware of the same. The Tenant agrees to waive or renounce its pre-emptive right to purchase the Premises.
