WC Warranties. 5.3.1 WC represents and warrants to WSP that: (i) WC shall adhere to all applicable Laws relating to the handling, storage and disposal of each Product in each country in the Territory; and (ii) WC will make any filings on its own behalf or on behalf of WSP that are required to be made by it under any Product Registrations relating to the Products, including the filing of any "adverse event reports" as required by applicable law.
