WEAPAC. Employees may have contributions to Washington Education Association Political Action Committee automatically deducted from their paycheck. Section 4 PAYMENT PROVISIONS All employees shall be paid in twelve (12) monthly installments; except, stipends for elementary and middle school after-school art and enrichment programs will be paid in equal installments during the months of the activity. Each pay warrant shall contain one- twelfth (1/12) of the contracted salary. Pay warrants shall be electronically deposited in the employees preferred account on the last day of each month excluding holidays and weekends. All compensation owed to an employee who is leaving the District shall, upon request, be paid within fifteen (15) days after the final day of work. Any overpayment of salary may be deducted from the following payroll prorated equally over the remaining pay periods. In the event that overpayment is made on the final pay period of an employee, the employee agrees to immediately repay such overpaid amount to the District.
