Weapons Policy Sample Clauses
A weapons-policy clause establishes rules regarding the possession, use, or presence of weapons on certain premises or within the context of a specific agreement. Typically, this clause prohibits individuals from bringing firearms, knives, or other dangerous items onto the property or to events covered by the contract, and may outline exceptions for law enforcement or security personnel. Its core function is to promote safety and reduce the risk of harm or liability by clearly defining expectations and restrictions related to weapons.
