Common use of Web EDI Clause in Contracts

Web EDI. Web ▇▇▇ is a solution for customers who want to offer their Communication Partners the ability to communicate ▇▇▇ via a web interface. The Web EDI service implies that PostNord Strålfors undertakes to transmit the Customer's EDI messages to and from its Communication Partners using a web interface. Web EDI requires that the Customer is connected to the PostNord Strålfors basic service, see section 1 above. The Customer usually manages the relationship between the Communication Partners connected to Web EDI, but there are also contractual models in which the Communication Partner is a customer of PostNord Strålfors. In the latter case, the Customer is called the "Web EDI Shop Owner" and the Customer’s Communication Partners are called "Web EDI Shop User." Web EDI Shop Users must sign a separate agreement with PostNord Strålfors regarding the Web EDI additional service.
