Web Service Clause Samples
The Web Service clause defines the terms and conditions under which a party provides access to or use of an online service or platform. It typically outlines the scope of the service, user responsibilities, permitted uses, and any restrictions or limitations, such as prohibiting unauthorized access or misuse. This clause ensures both parties understand their rights and obligations regarding the web service, helping to prevent misuse and clarify liability in case of service interruptions or breaches.
Web Service. The application or website the Supplier is hosting and supporting on behalf of the Buyer.
Web Service. The Airport or a third party designated and identified by the Airport to the Recipient, shall provide a web service in order to accept data from the Recipient in the following manner:
a. The web service shall use HTTPS protocol to submit all requests and posts.
b. The web service shall allow HTTPS POST for all “pings” from Recipient.
c. The web service shall accept the values for the following attributes as defined in the following list in the URL: “uid”, “tnc_id”, “license_plate”, “timestamp”, “txn_type”, “ ride_count”, “Ion”, “lat”. Parameters must be URL encoded.
d. A username and secret phrase shall be shared in order to create a basic authorization mechanism for all requests from Recipient. Base64 encoding of the <username:password> shall be provided in the HTTP Authorization Header for all HTTPS requests.
e. Data from Recipient shall be posted to the following URL with the following parameters with URL encoding (based on RFC 1738: ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/rfc/rfcl 738.txt) employed: <TBD> Example: <TBD> Airport agrees to maintain commonly accepted administrative, physical, technical, and procedural safeguards to protect the Interface Data in the possession of Airport against unauthorized access or disclosure.
Web Service a web service available on the Website allowing the Trade Partner to use all the functionality provided for him/her/it hereunder. The Web Service includes the interface, software and other elements (tools, algorithms, methods) required for the proper functioning of the Website and allowing the Trade Partner to post, search and view information related to his/her/its Products, as well as any other features and functions available on the Website. Nothing contained herein can be interpreted as the transfer of exclusive rights to the Web Service (its individual elements) to the Trade Partner.

Web Service. The terms of this paragraph apply only if the Services include an adverSite. Yodle ▇▇▇.▇▇▇ will place your information on a website owned and operated by us (the "adverSite") so that it appears that the adverSite is owned and operated by you. The adverSite will be either a template website (the Welcome Email will include the detailed feature list) or, in limited circumstances, a Mirror Site.
