Website Design Sample Clauses

The Website Design clause defines the responsibilities and expectations regarding the creation and layout of a website as part of a contract. It typically outlines the scope of design services, such as the number of web pages, visual style, branding elements, and any specific features or functionalities to be included. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of what the final website will look like and function, helping to prevent misunderstandings and disputes over deliverables.
