Common use of Weekly Report Clause in Contracts

Weekly Report. If a Trigger Event shall have occurred and be continuing, as soon as available, and in any event no later than Wednesday of each calendar week, (x) the Aging Supplemental Information prepared by the Borrower as of the last day of the immediately preceding week and (y) a Borrowing Base Report as of the last day of the immediately preceding week (collectively, the reports and calculations in clauses (x) and (y) are referred to herein as the “Weekly Report”). The Borrower shall be required to deliver a Weekly Report by on each Wednesday thereafter (each Weekly Report relating to the immediately preceding week) until such time as a Trigger Event no longer exists.
