Weighted Average Pass-Through Rate Clause Samples

The Weighted Average Pass-Through Rate clause defines how costs or benefits are proportionally allocated among parties based on their respective shares or contributions. In practice, this means that if a supplier receives a cost increase or decrease, the adjustment is distributed to customers according to the weighted average of their usage or purchase volumes. This approach ensures that each party bears a fair portion of the adjustment, preventing disproportionate impacts and promoting equitable cost sharing.
