Weighted Interest. “Weighted Interest” shall be equal to (0.1(1/N) + 0.5(B/C) + 0.2(D/E) + 0.2(F/G)), where: N = the total number of Members excluding ex officio Members and State Consumer Advocates (which, for purposes of Section 15.2 of this agreement, shall be calculated as of five o’clock p.m. Eastern Time on the date PJM declares a Member in default) B = the Member's internal peak demand for the previous calendar year (which, for Load Serving Entities under the Reliability Assurance Agreement, shall be that used to calculate Accounted For Obligation as determined by the Office of the Interconnection pursuant to Schedule 7 of the Reliability Assurance Agreement averaged over the previous calendar year) C = the sum of factor B for all Members D = the Member's generating capability from Generation Capacity Resources located in the PJM Region as of January 1 of the current calendar year, determined by the Office of the Interconnection pursuant to Schedule 9 of the Reliability Assurance Agreement E = the sum of factor D for all Members F = the sum of the Member's circuit miles of transmission facilities multiplied by the respective operating voltage for facilities 100 kV and above as of January 1 of the current calendar year G = the sum of factor F for all Members

  • Imputed Interest The principles of Sections 1272, 1274, or 483 of the Code, as applicable, and the principles of any similar provision of U.S. state and local law, will apply to cause a portion of any Net Tax Benefit payable by the Corporation to a Member under this Agreement to be treated as imputed interest (“Imputed Interest”). For the avoidance of doubt, the deduction for the amount of Imputed Interest as determined with respect to any Net Tax Benefit payable by the Corporation to a Member shall be excluded in determining the Hypothetical Tax Liability of the Corporation for purposes of calculating Realized Tax Benefits and Realized Tax Detriments pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Fixed Interest Rate The loan interest rate hereunder is determined by the latest þ1-year ☐5-year and above ☐ other LPR published on the natural day before þ the Effective Date of this Contract ☐the loan issuance date plus (plus/less) 105.000000 basis points (LPR, the loan prime rate published by the National Interbank Funding Center, 1 basis point =0.01%, the same below), subject to the loan receipts or the electronic data and vouchers generated by E-banking such as online banking. During the term of loan, the loan interest rate shall not be adjusted.

  • Fixed Interest Rates Each Mortgage Loan bears interest at a rate that remains fixed throughout the remaining term of such Mortgage Loan, except in the case of ARD Loans and situations where default interest is imposed.
