When Exercise Effective. The exercise of this Option shall be deemed to have been effected immediately prior to the close of business on the business day on which this Option is surrendered as provided in Section 1 and the documents referenced in Section 1 are duly executed and delivered as provided in Section 1, and at such time the Holder shall be deemed to be the record holder of such Units for all purposes.
