Common use of WHEN SECURITY BECOMES ENFORCEABLE Clause in Contracts

WHEN SECURITY BECOMES ENFORCEABLE. The security constituted hereby shall become immediately enforceable upon the occurrence of an Event of Default and the power of sale and other powers conferred by Section 101 of the Law of Property Act, 1925 as varied or amended by this Deed shall be immediately exercisable upon this security becoming enforceable and at any time thereafter whilst any Event of Default exists. After the security constituted hereby has become enforceable, the Administrative Agent may in its absolute discretion enforce all or any part of such security in such manner as it sees fit or as the Required Lenders may direct.
