Whenever a Covered. Call Option written by the Fund and described in the preceding paragraph of this Article is exercised, the Fund shall promptly deliver to the Custodian a Certificate instructing the Custodian to deliver, or to direct the Depository to deliver, the Securities subject to such Covered Call Option and specifying: (a) the Series for which such Covered Call Option was written; (b) the name of the issuer and the title and number of shares subject to the Covered Call Option;
