Whenever one Clause Samples

The "Whenever one" clause establishes a conditional trigger for certain actions or obligations within a contract, specifying that a particular event or circumstance must occur before the clause takes effect. In practice, this means that the rights or duties outlined in the clause are only activated when a specified party experiences or initiates a defined event, such as a breach, notification, or change in status. This structure ensures that contractual provisions are only enforced when relevant conditions are met, thereby providing clarity and predictability in the application of the agreement.
