Whenever the Exercise Price. is adjusted as herein provided, the Company shall cause a notice setting forth the adjusted Exercise Price and adjusted number of Warrant Shares, and a brief statement of the facts requiring such adjustment and the computation thereof, to be mailed to the Holder.
