Where required by Law. Design-Builder shall provide through qualified, licensed design professionals employed by Design-Builder, or procured from qualified, independent licensed Design Consultants, the necessary design services, including architectural, engineering and other design professional services, for the preparation of the required drawings, specifications and other design submittals required to permit construction of the Work in accordance with this Agreement and the Preliminary Construction Documents (such drawings, specifications and design submittals collectively and together with the Preliminary Construction Documents, the “Construction Documents”). To the extent not prohibited by Legal Requirements, Design-Builder may prepare Construction Documents for a portion of the Work to permit construction to proceed on that portion of the Work prior to completion of the Construction Documents for the entire Work.
Where required by Law. We may disclose your Personal Information if we have a good faith belief that access, use, preservation, or disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, self-regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request. When we provide information in response to a legal inquiry or order that we believe to be valid, we disclose only the information that is legally required. Note that we may process your Personal Information on our servers in Ontario, Canada and in other countries as may be necessary. Where required by Law the Provider shall meet its obligations in relation to the production and publication of Quality Accounts in accordance with such Law.
Where required by Law. (a) For major failures, the Client is entitled to cancel the service contract and receive a refund for the unused portion or compensation for reduced value. (b) For minor failures, National PC will remedy the issue within a reasonable time, or provide a refund if it cannot. (c) To the extent permitted by law and subject to this clause, National PC excludes all other warranties, guarantees, and representations not expressly set out in this Agreement.

  • Disclosure Required by Law The Receiving Party may disclose Confidential Information to the extent required by court or administrative order or law, provided that the Receiving Party provides advance notice thereof (to the extent practicable) and reasonable assistance, at the Disclosing Party’s cost, to enable the Disclosing Party to seek a protective order or otherwise prevent or limit such disclosure.

  • Required By Law “Required by law” shall have the same meaning as the term “required by law” in Section 164.501.

  • Alterations Required by Law Tenant shall make any alteration, addition or change of any sort to the Premises that is required by any Law because of (i) Tenant’s particular use or change of use of the Premises; (ii) Tenant’s application for any permit or governmental approval; or (iii) Tenant’s construction or installation of any Tenant’s Alterations or Trade Fixtures. Any other alteration, addition, or change required by Law which is not the responsibility of Tenant pursuant to the foregoing shall be made by Landlord (subject to Landlord’s right to reimbursement from Tenant specified in Section 5.4).

  • PROVISIONS REQUIRED BY LAW Each and every provision of law and any clause required by law to be in the Agreement shall be read and enforced as though it were included herein and, if through mistake or otherwise any such provision is not inserted, or is not correctly inserted, then upon the application of either party, the Agreement shall promptly be physically amended to make such insertion or correction.
