Where Table Clause Samples

The "Where Table" clause defines the specific conditions or criteria that must be met for certain provisions or actions within a contract to apply. In practice, this clause typically lists variables, parameters, or circumstances—such as dates, locations, or parties—that determine when and how other contractual terms are triggered or enforced. By clearly outlining these conditions, the clause ensures that all parties understand the exact scenarios in which obligations or rights become relevant, thereby reducing ambiguity and potential disputes.
