Where the Association Clause Samples

The 'Where the Association' clause typically defines the circumstances or actions that the association, as a legal entity or group, is responsible for or permitted to undertake within an agreement. This clause may specify the association's rights, obligations, or authority in relation to certain events, such as entering into contracts, making decisions, or representing its members. By clearly outlining the association's role and scope of action, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures that all parties are aware of the association's legal standing and responsibilities under the agreement.
