Where the Licensed Software is Per OSE Licensed Software or Per User Licensed Software Sample Clauses

Where the Licensed Software is Per OSE Licensed Software or Per User Licensed Software the relevant terms in the table below shall apply to limit the Licence granted in clause 1 of this Agreement: • The Server Component is licensed for use on a single OSE owned, leased and/or controlled by you for internal use. • Where the Per OSE Licensed Software includes a Client Component, you may use and install such Client Component on more than one OSEs leased and/or controlled by you for internal use. • The Licensed Software is licensed for use by a specific user only. • Per User Licensed Software may be used by the licensed user on more than one OSE.

  • Licensed Software Computer program(s) provided by Contractor in connection with the Deliverables, subject to Section 14 of this Contract.

  • Licensed Materials The materials that are the subject of this Agreement are set forth in Appendix A ("Licensed Materials").

  • Third Party Software The Software may contain third party software which requires notices and/or additional terms and conditions.   • SOFTWARE LICENSE GRANT Where Product is acquired on a licensed basis the following shall constitute the license grant:

  • Software License The SOFTWARE is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE is licensed, not sold.
