Where the Service. PROVIDER has consented to the placing of sub- contracts, copies of each sub-contract shall, at the request of the AUTHORITY/Contracting AUTHORITY, be sent by the SERVICE PROVIDER to the AUTHORITY/Contracting AUTHORITY as soon as reasonably practicable.
