Common use of Where the Service Clause in Contracts

Where the Service. Provider invokes the provisions of this Clause after the due date of a disputed invoice, then the Service Provider shall not be entitled to withhold any portion of the amount due and payable. The Service Provider shall be entitled to raise a billing dispute within twenty-four (24) months of the end of the disputed billing period.
