WHERE THE SUPPLIER PROCESSES PERSONAL DATA. Where the Buyer and the Supplier have agreed in the section in the Order Form titled “Personal Data and Data Subjects” that Annex 1 of Schedule 7 of the Call-Off Contract applies and the Parties have expressly agreed that the Buyer is the Controller and the Supplier is the Processor for the Personal Data processed for the purpose of the provision of the Services under the Call-Off Contract and, unless otherwise agreed in a Variation to the Call-Off Contract, the following will apply in addition to the other applicable data protection provisions in the Call-Off Contract:
