Common use of Wholly Owned Subsidiary Clause in Contracts

Wholly Owned Subsidiary. Any Subsidiary of Borrower or the Trust in which all of the equity interests (other than in the case of a corporation, director’s qualifying shares) are at the time directly or indirectly owned by Borrower or the Trust.

Wholly Owned Subsidiary. Any Subsidiary of Borrower or the Trust in which all of the equity interests (other than in the case of a corporation, director’s 's qualifying shares) are at the time directly or indirectly owned by Borrower or the Trust.

Wholly Owned Subsidiary. Any Subsidiary of the Borrower or the Trust in of which all of the outstanding shares of capital stock or other equity interests are owned by the Borrower (other than in the case of a corporation, director’s qualifying shares) are at the time whether directly or indirectly through one or more Wholly-owned by Borrower or Subsidiaries of the TrustBorrower) except for directors’ qualifying shares in jurisdictions where such qualifying shares are required.

Each Borrower or other than the TrustParent is a Wholly Owned Subsidiary.
