Paper documents containing confidential information requiring special handling (e.g. protected health information) On-site cross-cut shredding by a method that renders the Data unreadable, pulping, or incineration Optical discs (e.g. CDs or DVDs) Incineration, shredding, or cutting/breaking into small pieces.   • Entire Agreement; Governing Law The Plan is incorporated herein by reference.
