Willingness to Serve Sample Clauses

The "Willingness to Serve" clause establishes a party's agreement to accept and perform a designated role or responsibility, such as serving as a director, officer, or committee member. In practice, this clause typically requires the individual to confirm their readiness and ability to fulfill the duties associated with the position, often as a prerequisite for appointment or nomination. Its core function is to ensure that only those who are genuinely prepared and eligible are considered for important roles, thereby reducing the risk of vacancies or refusals after selection.
