Common use of Windstorm or hail Clause in Contracts

Windstorm or hail. We do not insure: a. Loss to property in a building caused by rain, snow, sand, sleet, wind-driven water or dust unless the building is first damaged by the direct force of wind or hail, creating an opening through which the rain, snow, sand, sleet, wind-driven water or dust enters; or b. Loss to watercraft, including their trailers, furnishings, accessories, equipment, and engines or motors, while off your premises.
