Provided however, an who has reported sick will not be considered for overtime on those days he is absent from work. All employees on regular shifts in which the greatest number of hours worked occurs between and a.m. shall be paid a premium of forty cents ($0.40) for each hour worked between the said hours provided that such premium shall not be payable to any employee who is to overtime rates under Article nor it he payable with respect to vacations, statutory holidays or leave, except for those employees who have posted to a permanent shift premium job.
