Common use of Winterization Clause in Contracts

Winterization. All boats are required to be fully winterized for the winter season, i.e. usually November through March. No unattended electric heaters are allowed. Marina does not guarantee that electrical service shall be continuous. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall have the right to disconnect any heating or air conditioning system, which in ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s reasonable opinion, constitute a fire hazard. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ will promptly notify the Boat Owner should this happen.
