Common use of -Wire Analog Loop Clause in Contracts

-Wire Analog Loop. 2.2.1.1 A 2-Wire analog loop is a transmission facility which supports analog voice frequency, voice band services with loop start signaling within the frequency spectrum of approximately 300 Hz and 3000 Hz. 2.2.1.2 If CLEC requests one or more unbundled loops serviced by Integrated Digital Loop Carrier (IDLC) SBC-12STATE will, where available, move the requested unbundled loop(s) to a spare, existing Physical or a universal digital loop carrier unbundled loop at no additional charge to CLEC. If, however, no spare unbundled loop is available, SBC-12STATE will within two (2) business days, excluding weekends and holidays, of CLEC’s request, notify CLEC of the lack of available facilities.
