Wireless Carriers. You do not have any right in the wireless phone number assigned to your AcuraLink system. We can change the number at any time. As a condition to providing wireless service, the wireless carrier requires that you agree to the following terms. You agree that you have no contractual relationship whatsoever with the wireless carrier and that you are not a third-party beneficiary of any agreement between us and the wireless carrier. IN ADDITION, YOU AGREE THAT THE WIRELESS CARRIER HAS NO LEGAL, EQUITABLE, OR OTHER LIABILITY OF ANY KIND TO YOU.
