Wireless to Wireline Traffic – Directly Interconnected. 4.1.1 The CMRS Provider shall be responsible for the delivery of Traffic from its network to the appropriate Point of Interconnection as set forth in Appendix B, for the Transport and Termination of such Traffic by the Telephone Company to one of its End Users.
