Common use of Wiring Instructions Clause in Contracts

Wiring Instructions. Any funds to be paid to or by the Escrow Agent shall be sent by wire transfer in accordance with the instructions provided on Schedule III hereto, or by such other method of payment and in accordance with such instructions as may be given in advance and in writing to the Escrow Agent, by notice in compliance with Section 15(a) of this Agreement. Payments made to or by the Escrow Agent in a form other than funds shall be transferred in accordance with such instructions upon which the parties hereto may mutually agree from time to time.
