Common use of With Pay Clause in Contracts

With Pay. Leave of absence with pay and without loss of seniority will be granted: (1) to employees who are representatives of the Union to leave their employment to carry on negotiations with the Employer; (2) to stewards, or their alternates, to perform their duties pursuant to Article 4.5; (3) to employees called to appear as witnesses before an arbitration board.

With Pay. Leave of absence with basic pay and without loss of seniority will be granted: (1) to employees who are representatives of the Union to leave their employment on the bargaining committee to carry on negotiations with the Employer; (2) to stewards, stewards or their alternates, to perform their duties pursuant to Article 4.5Section 2.5; (3) to employees called to appear as witnesses before an arbitration boardArbitration Board; (4) to attend Joint Union-Employer committee meetings.

Leave of absence with pay and without loss of seniority will be granted: (1i) to three (3) employees who are representatives of the Union on the Bargaining Committee to leave their employment to carry on negotiations with the Employer; (2ii) to stewards, or their alternates, to perform their duties pursuant to Article 4.5Section 8.01 (Recognition of Union Stewards and Grievance Committee); (3) to employees called to appear as witnesses before an arbitration board.

With Pay. Leave of absence with basic pay and without loss of seniority will be granted: (1) to employees who are representatives of the Union to leave their employment on the Bargaining Committee to carry on negotiations with the Employer; (2) to stewards, stewards or their alternates, to perform their duties pursuant to Article 4.5Clause 2.5 (Recognition and Rights of Stewards); (3) to employees called to appear as witnesses before an arbitration board; (4) to attend joint union-employer committee meetings.

(3) Where employees are appointed by the Union as union representatives on Joint Labour/Management Committees as specified in this agreement, they shall be granted leave of absence without loss of basic pay to attend such meetings.

With Pay. Leave of absence with pay and without loss of seniority will may be granted: (1) ; to employees who are representatives of the Union to leave their employment to carry on negotiations negotiationswith in keeping with the Employer; (2) clause 76.05; to stewards▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, or their alternates, to perform their duties pursuant to Article 4.5; (3) clause 14.01; to employees called to appear as witnesses before an arbitration board.

With Pay. Leave of absence with pay and without loss of seniority will be granted: (1) to employees who are representatives of the Union to leave their employment to carry on negotiations with the Employer; (2) to stewards, stewards or their alternates, to perform their duties pursuant to Clause 3.6. (2) to employees who are representatives of the Union on the Labour-Management Committee pursuant to Article 4.5;28; and (3) to employees called who are representative of the Union Bargaining Committee to appear as witnesses before an arbitration boardcarry on negotiations with the Employer, including one union caucus meetings of up to four hours for bargaining preparation.

With Pay. Leave of absence with pay and without loss of seniority will may be granted: (1) to employees who are representatives of the Union to leave their employment to carry on negotiations with the EmployerUniversity, in keeping with Clause 71.5; (2) to stewards, or their alternates, to perform their duties pursuant to Article 4.5Clause 14.1; (3) to employees called to appear as witnesses before an arbitration board.

With Pay. Leave of absence with pay and without loss of seniority will be granted: (1) to employees who are representatives of the Union to leave their employment to carry on negotiations with the Employer; (2) to stewards, stewards or their alternates, to perform their duties pursuant to Clause 3.6; (2) to employees who are representatives of the Union on the Labour-Management Committee pursuant to Article 4.528; (3) to employees called who are representatives of the Union Bargaining Committee to appear as witnesses before an arbitration boardcarry on negotiations with Employer, including one union caucus meetings of up to four hours of bargaining preparation.

With Pay. Leave of absence with basic pay and without loss of seniority will be granted: (1) to employees who are representatives of the Union to leave their employment to carry on negotiations with the Employer; (2) to stewards, or their alternates, to perform their duties pursuant to Article 4.5Section 2.6; (32) to employees called to appear as witnesses before an arbitration boardArbitration Board. (3) Where employees are appointed by the Union as Union representatives on Joint Labour- Management Committees as specified in this Agreement, they shall be granted leave of absence without loss of basic pay to attend such meetings.

With Pay. Leave of absence with basic pay and without loss of seniority will be granted: (1) to employees who are representatives of the Union to leave their employment on the Bargaining Committee to carry on negotiations with the Employer; (2) to stewards, employees who are representatives of the Union on the Bargaining Committee for one (1) day to prepare for negotiations; (3) to stewards or their alternates, to perform their duties pursuant to Article 4.53.6; (34) to employees called involved in a grievance and arbitration procedures; (5) to appear as witnesses before an arbitration boardattend Joint Union-Management Committee meetings.

With Pay. Leave of absence with basic pay and without loss of seniority will be granted: (1) to employees who are representatives of the Union to leave their employment on the Bargaining Committee to carry on negotiations with the Employer; (2) to stewards, stewards or their alternates, to perform their duties pursuant to Article 4.5Clause 2.5; (3) to employees called to appear as witnesses before an arbitration board; (4) to attend joint Union-Employer Committee meetings.

With Pay. Leave of absence with pay and without loss of seniority will be granted: (1) to employees who are representatives of the Union to leave their employment to carry on negotiations with the Employer; (2) to stewards, stewards or their alternates, to perform their duties pursuant to Article 4.5Clause 3.6 (Recognition and Rights of Stewards); (32) to employees called to appear as witnesses before an arbitration board. (3) to employees to attend joint union-employer committee meetings.

With Pay. Leave of absence with pay and without loss of seniority will may be granted: (1i) to employees who are representatives of the Union to leave their employment to carry on negotiations with the EmployerOUC; (2ii) to stewardsStewards, or their alternates, to perform their duties pursuant to Article 4.5clause 3.05; (3iii) to employees called to appear as witnesses before an arbitration board, or at any hearing mutually agreed to between the parties.

With Pay. Leave of absence Absence with pay and without loss of seniority will be granted: (1) to employees who are representatives of the Union on the Union Bargaining Committee to leave their employment to carry on negotiations with the Employer;; "The number of employees receiving pay at one time under this Article shall not exceed two (2)." (2) to stewards, or their alternates, to perform their duties pursuant to Article 4.5; (3) to employees called to appear as witnesses before an arbitration board2.5.

With Pay. Leave of absence with pay and without loss of seniority will may be granted: (1) to employees who are representatives of the Union to leave their employment to carry on negotiations with the EmployerUniversity, in keeping with Clause 72.5; (2) to stewardsStewards, or their alternates, to perform their duties pursuant to Article 4.5Clause 14.1; (3) to employees called to appear as witnesses before an arbitration board.
