Common use of With the exception Clause in Contracts

With the exception. of the other provisions in the Agreement, NEN is authorised to terminate the Agreement extrajudicially fully or partially effective immediately without obliging themselves to pay any compensation to the Client or is authorised to suspend any other Agreement with the Client if the Client is in default or if compliance of one of the Parties is permanently or temporarily impossible. If NEN suspends their obligations on the basis of the above sentence, then this does not form a reason for the Client to make any claims against NEN;
