Common use of Withdrawal Date Clause in Contracts

Withdrawal Date. Guarantor acknowledges the necessity of regulating his, her or its Withdrawal Date in order to (a) provide each other Guarantor in the philanthropic guarantee program the opportunity to calculate the expected ingress and egress of other Guarantors and, thus, make a reasonable estimate about his, her or its relative individual risk exposure and (b) to provide a stable collateral base for MCE to assure that MCE is able to both monitor the financial risks for Guarantors and sustain the program for the benefit of entrepreneurs receiving SGB Commitments.
