Common use of WITHDRAWAL FROM THE PROGRAM Clause in Contracts

WITHDRAWAL FROM THE PROGRAM. (1) If the Student wishes to withdraw from the “Doctoral Students Exchange Program between RWTH and Tokyo Tech”, the Student must submit to both universities a written request for withdrawal. After the request is accepted by both universities, this Student Agreement will be terminated. (2) Both universities have the right to terminate this Student Agreement if the Student violates any rules or regulations of either university.
