Common use of Withdrawal Limits Clause in Contracts

Withdrawal Limits. XPATE may place limits on the withdrawal amounts, impose special requirements, or delay or refuse the withdrawal of the Customer’s funds. These limits, delays or refusals may occur because we must perform certain checks or until all requirements under the law are fully satisfied or due to reversed payments to the Customer’s XPATE Account (for example, due to a chargeback). XPATE cannot be held responsible for any such delays or refusals.
