WITHDRAWAL OF LEA STUDENT FROM PROGRAM. CONTRACTOR shall report electronically or in writing to the LEA within 5 business days when a LEA student is withdrawn without prior notice from school and/or services, including student’s change of residence to a residence outside of LEA service boundaries, and student’s discharge against professional advice from a Nonpublic Schools/Residential Treatment Center (“NPS/RTC”).

CONTRACTOR shall report electronically or in writing to the LEA within 5 five (5) business days when a LEA student is withdrawn without prior notice from school and/or services, including student’s change of residence to a residence outside of LEA service boundaries, and student’s discharge against professional advice educational recommendation from a Nonpublic SchoolsSchool/Residential Treatment Center (“NPS/RTC”). CONTRACTOR shall confirm such report on LEA approved forms and submit within five (5) business days.
