Common use of Withdrawal of Project Results Clause in Contracts

Withdrawal of Project Results. If at any time after informing the Foundation of the Project Results pursuant to Section 7(b)(i) of this Agreement Isis determines that there is a reasonable scientific basis to conclude that all or a portion of such Project Results are not scientifically valid or accurate, Isis will promptly so notify the Foundation in writing.
