Withdrawals and Transactions. You may withdraw funds and effect transactions using your Card, up to your Available Balance, subject to the fees reflected in the List of All Fees for such transaction type and the Transaction Limits described in this Section below. Using your Card, you may withdraw funds at participating Retail Locations. Each cash unload at a Retail Location may be subject to a fee as described in the List of All Fees.
