Withdrawals From Collection Account — Reimbursement Items. The Servicer shall periodically but in any event on each Remittance Date, make the following withdrawals from the Collection Account prior to any other withdrawals, in no particular order of priority: (i) to withdraw any amount not required to be deposited in the Collection Account or deposited therein in error, (ii) to withdraw the Required Interest Coverage Amount and remit to the Indenture Trustee for deposit in the Distribution Account for payments required pursuant to Section 5.01(c)(5) and Section 5.01(c)(6); (iii) to deposit into the Principal Collections Account as described in Section 5.01(c)(2) below; and (iv) to clear and terminate the Collection Account in connection with the termination of this Agreement.
