Withdrawals From Collection Account — Reimbursement Items. The Servicer shall periodically but in any event on each Payment Date, make the following withdrawals from the Collection Account prior to any other withdrawals, in no particular order of priority: (i) to withdraw any amount not required to be deposited in the Collection Account or deposited therein in error, (ii) to withdraw amounts and remit to the Indenture Trustee for deposit in the Distribution Account for payments required pursuant to Section 5.01(c)(4) and Section 5.01(c)(5); and (iii) [Reserved]. (iv) to clear and terminate the Collection Account in connection with the termination of this Agreement.

The Servicer Indenture Trustee, at the written direction of the Servicer, shall periodically but in any event on each Payment Determination Date, make the following withdrawals from the Collection Account prior to any other withdrawals, in no particular order of priority: (i) to withdraw any amount not required to be deposited in the Collection Account or deposited therein in error,; (ii) to withdraw amounts and remit to the Indenture Trustee for deposit in the Distribution Account for payments required pursuant to Section 5.01(c)(4) and Section 5.01(c)(5)Servicing Advance Reimbursement Amount; and (iii) [Reserved].to withdraw net investment earnings and remit such amounts to the Servicer, as provided in Section 5.03(b)(1); and (iv) to clear and terminate the Collection Account in connection with the termination of this Agreement.
