Common use of Without limitation to Clause Clause in Contracts

Without limitation to Clause. 19.1 the Supplier shall at all times ensure that the level of security employed by the Supplier in conjunction with the Customer is appropriate throughout the Term to prevent: 19.3.1 loss of integrity or availability of the Data stored and processed by or on behalf of the Supplier under this Agreement 19.3.2 loss of confidentiality of any confidential data or part thereof on any Data, Services or Deliverables; 19.3.3 unauthorised access to, use of, or interference with the Data, Services or the Deliverables; and 19.3.4 unauthorised access to networks, premises or systems used by the Supplier or any sub-contractor of Supplier in performing the relevant Services.
