Without limiting clause 2. 3.1, the Company and Unilife Corporation (as the case requires) must for the purpose of fulfilling their obligations under clause 2.3: 2.4.1 promptly apply for all relevant Regulatory Consents and provide the other with a copy of all those applications; 2.4.2 take all steps for which it is responsible as part of the approval process; 2.4.3 respond to requests for information at the earliest practicable time; 2.4.4 provide the other with all information reasonably requested in connection with the applications for Regulatory Consents; and 2.4.5 so far as it is able, allow the other and its representatives the opportunity to be present at any meetings with any Government Agency.
