Common use of Without limiting Clause 29 Clause in Contracts

Without limiting Clause 29. 1.1, each Party agrees on behalf of itself, its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and Affiliates, not to pay any fees, commissions or rebates to any employee, officer or agent of the other Party or its Affiliates or shareholders nor provide or cause to be provided to any of them any gifts or entertainment of significant cost or value in connection with this Agreement or in order to influence or induce any actions or inactions in connection with the commercial activities of the Parties hereunder.
