Without limiting sections 21. 1 and 21.2 in relation to this Contract, each Physician acknowledges and agrees that: (i) the incorporated reference in section 37(1) of the Act which states “the commission had paid an amount” also includes an amount paid by the Agency under this Contract; and (ii) the requirement to repay the Medical Services Commission under Sections 37(1)(d) and (1.1) includes that the Medical Services Commission may require the Physician to pay money to the Agency.
