Common use of Without limiting Clause in Contracts

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to GNAPS, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to GNAPS. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to GNAPS pursuant to this Section 1.5 and GNAPS elects to purchase other services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with GNAPS to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of GNAPS; and, (b) GNAPS shall pay all applicable charges for such services, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to GNAPSRhythms, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE UNEs or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to GNAPSRhythms in accordance with Section 4.7. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to GNAPS Rhythms pursuant to this Section 1.5 and GNAPS Rhythms elects to purchase other services Services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with GNAPS Rhythms to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services Services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of GNAPSRhythms; and, (b) GNAPS Rhythms shall pay all applicable charges for such servicesServices, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to GNAPSReconex, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE UNEs or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to GNAPSReconex. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to GNAPS Reconex pursuant to this Section 1.5 and GNAPS Reconex elects to purchase other services Services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with GNAPS Reconex to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services Services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of GNAPSReconex; and, (b) GNAPS Reconex shall pay all applicable charges for such servicesServices, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to GNAPSCSTC, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to GNAPSCSTC. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to GNAPS CSTC pursuant to this Section 1.5 and GNAPS CSTC elects to purchase other services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with GNAPS CSTC to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of GNAPSCSTC; and, (b) GNAPS CSTC shall pay all applicable charges for such services, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to GNAPSTalk Unlimited, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to GNAPSTalk Unlimited. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to GNAPS Talk Unlimited pursuant to this Section 1.5 and GNAPS Talk Unlimited elects to purchase other services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with GNAPS Talk Unlimited to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of GNAPSTalk Unlimited; and, (b) GNAPS Talk Unlimited shall pay all applicable charges for such services, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to GNAPSVarTec, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to GNAPSVarTec. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to GNAPS VarTec pursuant to this Section 1.5 and GNAPS VarTec elects to purchase other services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with GNAPS VarTec to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of GNAPSVarTec; and, (b) GNAPS VarTec shall pay all applicable charges for such services, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to GNAPSMHT, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to GNAPSMHT. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to GNAPS MHT pursuant to this Section 1.5 and GNAPS MHT elects to purchase other services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with GNAPS MHT to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of GNAPSMHT; and, (b) GNAPS MHT shall pay all applicable charges for such services, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to GNAPSVNCI, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to GNAPSVNCI. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to GNAPS VNCI pursuant to this Section 1.5 and GNAPS VNCI elects to purchase other services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with GNAPS VNCI to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of GNAPSVNCI; and, (b) GNAPS VNCI shall pay all applicable charges for such services, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to GNAPSBTLLC, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE UNEs or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to GNAPSBTLLC. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to GNAPS BTLLC pursuant to this Section 1.5 and GNAPS BTLLC elects to purchase other services Services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with GNAPS BTLLC to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services Services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of GNAPSBTLLC; and, (b) GNAPS BTLLC shall pay all applicable charges for such servicesServices, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to GNAPSNUI, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to GNAPSNUI. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to GNAPS NUI pursuant to this Section 1.5 and GNAPS NUI elects to purchase other services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with GNAPS NUI to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of GNAPSNUI; and, (b) GNAPS NUI shall pay all applicable charges for such services, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to GNAPSMLTC, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to GNAPSMLTC. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to GNAPS MLTC pursuant to this Section 1.5 and GNAPS MLTC elects to purchase other services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with GNAPS MLTC to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of GNAPSMLTC; and, (b) GNAPS MLTC shall pay all applicable charges for such services, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to GNAPSOneStar, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to GNAPSOneStar. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to GNAPS OneStar pursuant to this Section 1.5 and GNAPS OneStar elects to purchase other services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with GNAPS OneStar to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of GNAPSOneStar; and, (b) GNAPS OneStar shall pay all applicable charges for such services, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to GNAPSYmax, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to GNAPSYmax. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to GNAPS Ymax pursuant to this Section 1.5 and GNAPS Ymax elects to purchase other services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with GNAPS Ymax to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of GNAPSYmax; and, (b) GNAPS Ymax shall pay all applicable charges for such services, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to GNAPSCTT, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to GNAPSCTT. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to GNAPS CTT pursuant to this Section 1.5 and GNAPS CTT elects to purchase other services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with GNAPS CTT to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of GNAPSCTT; and, (b) GNAPS CTT shall pay all applicable charges for such services, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to GNAPSRACC, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to GNAPSRACC. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to GNAPS RACC pursuant to this Section 1.5 and GNAPS RACC elects to purchase other services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with GNAPS RACC to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of GNAPSRACC; and, (b) GNAPS RACC shall pay all applicable charges for such services, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.charges.‌

If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to GNAPS PNG pursuant to this Section 1.5 and GNAPS PNG elects to purchase other services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with GNAPS PNG to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of GNAPSPNG; and, (b) GNAPS PNG shall pay all applicable charges for such services, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to GNAPSIG2, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to GNAPSIG2. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to GNAPS IG2 pursuant to this Section 1.5 and GNAPS IG2 elects to purchase other services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with GNAPS IG2 to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of GNAPSIG2; and, (b) GNAPS IG2 shall pay all applicable charges for such services, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to GNAPSCBB, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to GNAPSCBB. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to GNAPS CBB pursuant to this Section 1.5 and GNAPS CBB elects to purchase other services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with GNAPS CBB to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of GNAPSCBB; and, (b) GNAPS CBB shall pay all applicable charges for such services, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to GNAPSCiera, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to GNAPSCiera. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to GNAPS Ciera pursuant to this Section 1.5 and GNAPS Ciera elects to purchase other services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with GNAPS Ciera to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of GNAPSCiera; and, (b) GNAPS Ciera shall pay all applicable charges for such services, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to GNAPSMMG, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to GNAPSMMG. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to GNAPS MMG pursuant to this Section 1.5 and GNAPS MMG elects to purchase other services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with GNAPS MMG to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of GNAPSMMG; and, (b) GNAPS MMG shall pay all applicable charges for such services, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to GNAPSNL, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to GNAPSNL. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to GNAPS NL pursuant to this Section 1.5 and GNAPS NL elects to purchase other services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with GNAPS NL to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of GNAPSNL; and, (b) GNAPS NL shall pay all applicable charges for such services, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to GNAPSKDL, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to GNAPSKDL. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to GNAPS KDL pursuant to this Section 1.5 and GNAPS KDL elects to purchase other services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with GNAPS KDL to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of GNAPSKDL; and, (b) GNAPS KDL shall pay all applicable charges for such services, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to GNAPSVerizon Avenue, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to GNAPSVerizon Avenue. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to GNAPS Verizon Avenue pursuant to this Section 1.5 and GNAPS Verizon Avenue elects to purchase other services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with GNAPS Verizon Avenue to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of GNAPSVerizon Avenue; and, (b) GNAPS Verizon Avenue shall pay all applicable charges for such services, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to GNAPSECI, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to GNAPSECI. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to GNAPS ECI‌ pursuant to this Section 1.5 and GNAPS ECI elects to purchase other services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with GNAPS ECI to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of GNAPSECI; and, (b) GNAPS ECI shall pay all applicable charges for such services, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to GNAPSDMJ, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to GNAPSDMJ. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to GNAPS DMJ pursuant to this Section 1.5 and GNAPS DMJ elects to purchase other services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with GNAPS DMJ to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of GNAPSDMJ; and, (b) GNAPS DMJ shall pay all applicable charges for such services, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to GNAPSNOW Communications, Inc., and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to GNAPS. NOW Communications, Inc.. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to GNAPS NOW Communications, Inc. pursuant to this Section 1.5 and GNAPS NOW Communications, Inc. elects to purchase other services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with GNAPS NOW Communications, Inc. to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of GNAPSNOW Communications, Inc.; and, (b) GNAPS NOW Communications, Inc. shall pay all applicable charges for such services, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to GNAPSSnappy Phone, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to GNAPSSnappy Phone. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to GNAPS Snappy Phone pursuant to this Section 1.5 and GNAPS Snappy Phone elects to purchase other services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with GNAPS Snappy Phone to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of GNAPSSnappy Phone; and, (b) GNAPS shall pay all applicable charges for such services, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.,

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to GNAPSWinco, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to GNAPSWinco. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to GNAPS Winco pursuant to this Section 1.5 and GNAPS Winco elects to purchase other services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with GNAPS Winco to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of GNAPSWinco; and, (b) GNAPS Winco shall pay all applicable charges for such services, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to GNAPSVelocity, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE UNEs or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to GNAPSVelocity. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to GNAPS Velocity pursuant to this Section 1.5 and GNAPS Velocity elects to purchase other services Services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with GNAPS Velocity to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services Services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of GNAPSVelocity; and, (b) GNAPS Velocity shall pay all applicable charges for such servicesServices, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to GNAPSDirect2Internet, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE UNEs or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to GNAPSDirect2Internet. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to GNAPS Direct2Internet pursuant to this Section 1.5 and GNAPS Direct2Internet elects to purchase other services Services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with GNAPS Direct2Internet to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services Services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of GNAPSDirect2Internet; and, (b) GNAPS Direct2Internet shall pay all applicable charges for such servicesServices, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to GNAPSBitWise, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE UNEs or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to GNAPSBitWise. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to GNAPS BitWise pursuant to this Section 1.5 and GNAPS BitWise elects to purchase other services Services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with GNAPS BitWise to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services Services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of GNAPSBitWise; and, (b) GNAPS BitWise shall pay all applicable charges for such servicesServices, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to GNAPSPremiere, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE UNEs or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to GNAPSPremiere. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to GNAPS Premiere pursuant to this Section 1.5 and GNAPS Premiere elects to purchase other services Services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with GNAPS Premiere to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services Services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of GNAPSPremiere; and, (b) GNAPS Premiere shall pay all applicable charges for such servicesServices, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to GNAPSDSLnet, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to GNAPSDSLnet. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to GNAPS DSLnet pursuant to this Section 1.5 and GNAPS DSLnet elects to purchase other services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with GNAPS DSLnet to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of GNAPSDSLnet; and, (b) GNAPS DSLnet shall pay all applicable charges for such services, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to GNAPSReFlex, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE UNEs or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to GNAPSReFlex. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to GNAPS ReFlex pursuant to this Section 1.5 and GNAPS ReFlex elects to purchase other services Services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with GNAPS ReFlex to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services Services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of GNAPSReFlex; and, (b) GNAPS ReFlex shall pay all applicable charges for such servicesServices, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to GNAPSAccess Point, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to GNAPSAccess Point. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to GNAPS Access Point pursuant to this Section 1.5 and GNAPS Access Point elects to purchase other services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with GNAPS Access Point to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of GNAPSAccess Point; and, (b) GNAPS Access Point shall pay all applicable charges for such services, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to GNAPSWinn Telecom, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to GNAPSWinn Telecom. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to GNAPS Winn Telecom pursuant to this Section 1.5 and GNAPS Winn Telecom elects to purchase other services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with GNAPS Winn Telecom to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of GNAPSWinn Telecom; and, (b) GNAPS Winn Telecom shall pay all applicable charges for such services, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.charges.‌

Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to GNAPSDelta Phones, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to GNAPSDelta Phones. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to GNAPS Delta Phones pursuant to this Section 1.5 and GNAPS Delta Phones elects to purchase other services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with GNAPS Delta Phones to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of GNAPSDelta Phones; and, (b) GNAPS Delta Phones shall pay all applicable charges for such services, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to GNAPSCCA, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to GNAPSCCA. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to GNAPS CCA pursuant to this Section 1.5 and GNAPS CCA elects to purchase other services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with GNAPS CCA to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of GNAPSCCA; and, (b) GNAPS CCA shall pay all applicable charges for such services, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to GNAPSBullsEye, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to GNAPSBullsEye. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to GNAPS BullsEye pursuant to this Section 1.5 and GNAPS BullsEye elects to purchase other services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with GNAPS BullsEye to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of GNAPSBullsEye; and, (b) GNAPS BullsEye shall pay all applicable charges for such services, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.charges.‌

If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to GNAPS NTE pursuant to this Section 1.5 and GNAPS NTE elects to purchase other services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with GNAPS NTE to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of GNAPSNTE; and, (b) GNAPS NTE shall pay all applicable charges for such services, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to GNAPSPrepaid, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to GNAPSPrepaid. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to GNAPS Prepaid pursuant to this Section 1.5 and GNAPS Prepaid elects to purchase other services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with GNAPS Prepaid to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of GNAPSPrepaid; and, (b) GNAPS shall pay all applicable charges for such services, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.,

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement Attachment to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to GNAPSNewSouth, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to GNAPSNewSouth, provided that Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with NewSouth to minimize interruption of service to customers of NewSouth. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to GNAPS NewSouth pursuant to this Section 1.5 1.4 and GNAPS NewSouth elects to purchase other services Services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: : (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with GNAPS NewSouth to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services Services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of GNAPSNewSouth; and, (b) GNAPS NewSouth shall pay all applicable charges for such servicesServices, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation chargescharges for installations requiring new facilities or where physical changes to existing facilities are required.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to GNAPSAURA, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE UNEs or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to GNAPSAURA. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to GNAPS AURA pursuant to this Section 1.5 and GNAPS AURA elects to purchase other services Services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with GNAPS AURA to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services Services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of GNAPSAURA; and, (b) GNAPS AURA shall pay all applicable charges for such servicesServices, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.
