Common use of Without prejudice to Clause Clause in Contracts

Without prejudice to Clause. 16.1, the Beneficiary shall provide to the PCC upon request: 16.2.1 certified copies of the accounting documents justifying income and expenditure incurred by the Beneficiary in relation to the Project; and 16.2.2 a written statement, signed by the Beneficiary’s treasurer or equivalent senior finance officer, of how the money was spent.
